Anger

he came visiting today
make a mess out of my day
left me no peace within myself
and kept reminding me about the cause

I tried to make him go away
by focusing on something else
but he just sits there and refuse to go
I hate it when he comes

I had to do something fast
or I will be eaten up by him
bit by bit as days go by
it will be the last thing I want

what shall I do ?
it is not easy getting rid of him
but I will try my best
to deal with him the best way I could
